Planned Governance

HealthModel will establish transparent governance procedures to ensure scientific integrity and financial sustainability as the project grows.

During pilot phase

Initial governance will be led by the founder with close coordination with our pilot partner and external peer reviewers.

Post-pilot governance

Following successful pilot validation, a formal advisory board will be established including:

• LMIC ministry representative
• Health economics expert
• Digital health specialist
• Pilot partner representative

Transparency commitment

All model versions, code, and validation reports will be publicly available under an Apache-2.0 license to ensure openness and reproducibility.
